Requirements
- Rogers County Resident
- Income within regulation guidelines
- Photo I.D.(Driver's license, State issued I.D., Tribal I.D., VA or Military I.D., Passport)
- Show proof of address (current utility or phone bill, rent receipt with present name and address)
- Completed pantry application, which includes the names and birthdates of all household members
- Total Household income listed either monthly or annually
