CONNECTION NIGHT IS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER

Tim McHugh

Associate Pastor of Congregational Care / Thursday Night Alter Pastor
Tim became an Associate Pastor in July of 2020 and was appointed full time as the Associate Pastor of Congregational Care in June of 2021. Tim started as the Chef at Claremore FUMC. From there, he followed his calling into singles ministry and homeless ministry. Tim is married to Kristal McHugh. He gets to work alongside her because she is the Minister of Outreach and Evangelism. Together, they have three children and two cats.

He continued listening to God's call and soon became a local licensed pastor. He now leads the Thursday Night Alter service at Claremore FUMC, as well as the Christian Business Association. His new position has him coordinating and conducting hospital and homebound visits. Tim oversees the Congregational Care ministry, which includes the prayer chapel, Flower Power, Stephen Ministry, Grief Support and Caregivers Ministry.

Tim is a servant first. He loves delivering hope to the hopeless and being the hands and feet of Jesus. He has served on several mission teams, including the Philippines and Puerto Rico, and has more planned for the future. Tim works hard everyday to put himself in the shoes of those who he ministers to.
